We do not store your job applications.

We use your email address to:

  • Create your account and give you access to the job board

  • Occasionally share updates about the project or job-related content (you can opt out anytime)

That’s the full extent of it.

4. Where Your Info Lives

We use third-party tools like, Airtable, Tally, and Squarespace to manage sign-ups and site data. These platforms are GDPR-compliant and secure to the best of our knowledge.

5. How to Delete Your Info

Want to delete your account or data? No problem. Just contact us via email ainsley@happilyemployed.org and we’ll remove it promptly.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies (if any) to keep the site running smoothly. No marketing cookies, no tracking pixels, no creepy stuff.
